Prior to FSV, he served as a Senior Client Director with CitiStreet for 12 years where he was responsible for the management of pension, and health and welfare implementations and operations for fortune 500 companies. Mr. Miles started his CitiStreet career as an early member of a total beneﬁts outsourcing company originally founded by Watson Wyatt & Company. Tan Truong joined UniRush, LLC. on July 1st 2014 as Chief Information Oﬃcer where he is responsible for the overall information technology strategy, delivery, security and support. Prior to joining UniRush, LLC., Mr. Truong served as Senior Vice President of Information Technology at FSV Payment Systems where he was responsible for all aspects of technology. Mr. Woodward is responsible for all ﬁnance and accounting functions of UniRush including month end close, ﬁnancial planning and analysis, ﬁnancial audit, company valuation, modeling, and external reporting. He has over 11 years of experience in accounting and ﬁnance leadership positions. Prior to UniRush, Mr. Woodward served as the head of ﬁnance for two hospitals within the Mercy Health System and held various positions within the audit practice of Deloitte and Touche.
